What you need to know before you get here

Garrison Hemp Fest is a one day outdoor festival that celebrates local food, engagement with the community and support for the cannabis and hemp industries in Minnesota. The festival features over 100 local and regional cannabis vendors, foods, educational speakers, art and music.

Garrison Hemp Fest takes place on August 10th, 2024 from 11am to 6pm. There will be a community fundraiser breakfast by the Garrison VFW, and an after party at the Green Lantern Bar and Restaurant after the event.

Garrison Hemp Fest will be allowing vendors to sell Minnesota legal, compliant cannabis and hemp-based products during the day of the event.

In compliance with Minnesota State law, consumption must be separated from sales area (7/1/2024), Sampling will NOT be allowed in the same are as the sales and vending, however a consumption area is available. Non-infused samples are allowed.

Communication regarding compliance, products, and other updates will be sent to sponsors and vendors in a timely manner. 

All Federal, State and local laws will be held in strict compliance, All sales are between the seller and buyer.

Parking will be available on city streets as well as participating lodging and business partners.

We have been working with numerous Lodging partners in the area. From classic resorts, casino,  ABNB/VRBO, to RV or camping, the Garrison area has a place for you to relax after a busy day!

Per Minnesota’s Cannabis Consumption laws, all products at the Garrison Hemp Fest must contain < 0.3% hemp-derived THC, and no more than 5mg Delta-9  THC per serving. You must be 21+ to sample and purchase cannabis products at the Garrison Hemp Fest.

Per Minnesota State Law, no cannabis products will be consumed on public, City/County owned property. Please follow marked consumption area signage.

No Alcoholic beverages are allowed in the vendor and consumption areas. 

Remember, you are also a steward and representative of the MN Cannabis community.

 Anyone over the age of 21+ may attend. 

Identification is required and wrist bands will be worn and checked during the event for age compliance.

Garrison Hemp Fest provides the opportunity for everyone to have fun, however we also maintain the right to refuse entry or to stay in order to maintain a safe environment for all.

 There will be medical and security on staff to provide assistance if needed. Garrison Hemp Fest will also be complying with local fire, medical, police to maintain a safe and enjoyable event for all.

Congratulations on being a vendor! Your vendor spot includes:

10x10 or 10x20 area to showcase your brand (Depending on vendor level)

• Tables & Chairs.
• Tent or umbrella for cover and shade (event is an outdoor market)
• Your products!
• Ice, cups, cooler etc if sampling beverages. 
• Signage, swag and decorations for your booth.
• Samples.
• Business cards.
